Returns a list of tasks for the specified {occupation_id} and optional {occupation_level}, along with the skills linked to each task.
Tasks are sorted by estimated task time (from highest to lowest). An optional {limit} can be applied to restrict the number of tasks returned.

Note that, the optional {occupation_level} affects the task time distribution, but does not influence the set of skills linked to each task.
