Technology Impact by Occupation (Task 1.0)

Returns work-time percentage and tech impact per subtask for given occupation and inputs.

Note that this API is based on our Tasks 1.0 taxonomy and will be superseded by the new Tasks 2.0 taxonomy by the end of 2025. Once the transition is complete, this API will be deprecated.
